Sustainable Tiny Home Community

INTERESTED IN WORKING TOGETHER TO LIVE IN A SUSTAINABLE TINY HOME COMMUNITY??

Hello Everyone,

I have an idea, and I'm looking for feedback on how to make it possible.

What if I buy a piece of land in the South Florida area, legally make it a mobile home park, and then rent out spaces (and maybe tiny mobile homes in the spaces too, if people want)? It would be specifically for people in the tiny home movement, not a "regular" mobile home park. (I know these criteria’s will have to be better defined at some point...)
I imagine offering utility hook-ups for those who want them, and perhaps we can share solar panels as well.

Ideally there would be a common community house (which will collect rain water) in the middle everyone can share kitchen, and have community meals and gatherings there, share resources such as clothes washer, tools, etc.

Does anyone know what zoning requirements the land I purchase would need to meet? I doubt I can purchase just any old plot of land for sale in South Florida and do this.

Also, what's the interest like? Would anyone wanna join such a tiny-house co-housing community in South Florida, if it existed? How much would you want to pay in rent for a place to legally park and use the common house resources, if you already had a tiny house and just needed a place to put it? How much would you want to pay to rent a tiny house in such a group and "try on" tiny living without the commitment of actually buying or building one yourself yet?

Thanks everyone for reading,

Nasly
